Terms

1. Who we are

This site is run by JulianJackhammer ("we"), an affiliate partner of Stake. We are not Stake: Stake runs the casino, and your games, deposits and withdrawals are with Stake.

2. Who can use it

You must be 18+ and allowed to gamble online where you live. Stake's own terms apply to everything you play on Stake.

3. Your account

One account per person. The Stake account you link must be yours, under code JJH, with Ghost Mode off so we can see your bets.

4. Rewards

• Rewards are worked out from Stake's numbers on weighted wager, as shown on the Rewards page.
• Bonus money doesn't count.
• We can change or end a reward with notice on this site; rewards you've already earned are still paid.

5. Leaderboard and challenges

• Leaderboard prizes go to the top 8 each month, and Stake pays them.
• Challenges are run by Stake, and Stake's rules and payouts apply.

6. Payouts

We pay to your linked Stake account or your saved Stake USDC address. A wrong address is your responsibility. Any taxes are yours.

7. Fair play

If you use multiple accounts, bet both sides between accounts, collude, or abuse any reward, we can hold or cancel your rewards.

8. Our liability

The site is provided as it is. We are not responsible for Stake's service, for your losses, or for third-party sites we link to.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes, and we announce big changes on Discord.
